Where we came from: 

Established in 2004 as a consulting firm, we set out on a mission to empower pharmaceutical contact center stakeholders, helping them get more value from their outsourced contact centers. 

In 2013, sensing the pharmaceutical industry's demand for independent quality assessments, we ventured into outsourced quality monitoring. As pioneers in this field, we quickly earned a reputation for our expertise in assessing complex medical interactions and our unwavering commitment to excellence. However, we knew that true innovation lay ahead, propelled by the relentless progress of technology and the rise of artificial intelligence. 

In 2021, we partnered with a leading speech analytics and conversation intelligence platform to develop an interaction analytics tool that is tuned for complex healthcare conversations and customizable for each unique client. We combined interaction analytics with our extensive healthcare and pharmaceutical expertise to deliver our clients actionable insights and high-value consultative guidance.  Together we drive meaningful and measurable change that ultimately improves the patient experience.
